Due to a non-disclosure agreement (NDA), the client's name and the final interface remain confidential, which is why we prepared modified mockups for this case study. However, the scope of the implementation and the technology used are entirely real. The client needed a tool operating in a SaaS application logic that would simplify the offering process. The main goal was to create a system where data, once entered, would be used to build a product page and simultaneously generate a ready-to-use PDF file, without the need to involve a graphic designer or do separate material typesetting.

Context
Challenge
The biggest challenge was giving administrators the freedom to edit content while ensuring visual consistency (UI/UX). We expanded WordPress with dozens of custom Gutenberg blocks. The team received ready-made modules for handling Excel tables, 3D mockups, and interactive graphics. They were programmed so that the page layout remains correct regardless of the amount of information entered. We also had to optimize the performance of the entire application so that the system operates stably under heavy traffic without overloading the server.
Development and automations
We integrated our system with an external API that converts web views into PDF format on the fly. To reduce the cost of server requests, we added a preview function and an option to render individual pages for testing purposes. We equipped the system with a multilingual module, combining fast AI translations with proofreading by professional translators, which significantly sped up the creation of ready-made offers. We also built artificial intelligence-based tools into the panel for the efficient modification of texts and graphics. We also took into account situations where a salesperson might not have internet access. In such cases, product pages can be exported to an offline version and seamlessly presented to the client during a meeting.
Result
The implementation completely changed the organization of work within the client's team. Instead of creating materials twice—first for the website and then again in typesetting software—editors do it only once. The finished product page automatically generates a properly formatted PDF file that can be immediately emailed or simply printed. Combining a block editor, automated translations, and a document generator in a single environment eliminated repetitive processes and genuinely saved the time needed to prepare an offer.
